Shipping costs vary depending on the item, the weight of the gift, and the delivery date you select.

No, we ship within the continental United States only. 

We ship within the continental United States only and are unable to deliver to Alaska or Hawaii, as extended transit times can affect the quality of our gifts.

Yes, Saturday delivery may be available at checkout, depending on the delivery address.

An additional fee applies to Saturday deliveries to cover the added cost of this service.

We’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress.

You can find the “Track My Order” link in the Customer Service section of our website footer to access your order status.

Deliveries are typically made between 7 AM and 7 PM local time, though carriers may deliver at any time up until the end of the day.

For select delivery dates, you may have the option to upgrade to Next Day AM shipping, which generally arrives by 12 PM local time.

Your gift will still be delivered, even if no one is home. To ensure freshness, we authorize carriers to leave packages without a signature whenever possible.

In most cases, the package will be left in a safe location. If a safe place isn’t available, the carrier may hold the package and attempt delivery again the next day.

If you’re concerned the recipient may not be available, we recommend letting them know the scheduled delivery date so someone can bring the package indoors promptly.

If you need to make a change, please contact us before your order ships and we’ll be happy to help reschedule delivery.

Your gift message is included inside the package, so it remains private for your recipient.

Your gift is carefully packaged with protective materials and ice packs when needed, along with your order information, including the order ID and your gift message.

We also include our customer service contact information in case your recipient has any questions or concerns.

We do not offer a pickup option, but we deliver anywhere within the continental United States.

At this time, we do not offer gifts that include wine or champagne.

Our fruit gifts are carefully curated, so we’re not able to customize or swap individual fruit selections.

No, the fruit is not washed before shipping, as washing can speed up the ripening process.

For best results, we recommend keeping the fruit unwashed until you’re ready to enjoy it, then washing it thoroughly just before eating.

We offer some customization for large-volume or corporate orders, but are not able to accommodate custom designs for individual or small-quantity orders.

We don’t offer fruit platters with cut fruit, but we do have a variety of fresh fruit gifts that are perfect for any occasion.
